Luxury & RAW Hair Care Guide

Your extensions are an investment. Proper care will help keep your hair soft, hydrated, and long-lasting.

WASH & CONDITION

    •    Pre-wash your extensions before installation.

    •    Wash approximately every 2 weeks, just as you would your natural hair.

    •    Always use a sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo & conditioner.

    •    Gently detangle from ends to roots before washing.

    •    Deep condition when the hair needs extra moisture.

    •    Rinse thoroughly and air-dry when possible.

KEEP IT HYDRATED

    •    Use a lightweight leave-in conditioner after washing.

    •    Curly and wavy textures can be refreshed with water + leave-in as needed.

    •    Avoid heavy oils, grease, and excessive product buildup.

HEAT & STYLING

    •    Always use heat protectant before applying heat.

    •    Avoid excessive flat ironing or curling.

    •    Use the lowest effective heat setting.

    •    Heatless rollers, flexi rods, or wrapping are great for maintaining your style.

NIGHTTIME CARE

    •    Never sleep with wet or damp extensions.

    •    Detangle your hair before bed.

    •    Wrap, braid, twist, or pin curl depending on your texture.

    •    Place your entire head of hair inside a satin/silk bonnet every night.

RAW CURLY & WAVY HAIR

    •    Detangle while damp and conditioned.

    •    Work in sections from ends to roots.

    •    Avoid brushing curly hair while dry.

    •    Refresh curls with water and a lightweight leave-in.

    •    Some natural variation and frizz are normal with RAW hair.

COLORING YOUR EXTENSIONS

If you're looking to color or lighten your extensions, we strongly recommend having them colored by a professional colorist experienced with hair extensions. Improper coloring or over-processing can affect the texture, moisture, and longevity of your hair.

SWIMMING

After swimming in chlorine or salt water, rinse your extensions thoroughly and follow with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner when needed.
